30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the rug must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before sending your return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and details of the problem; photographs can help us assess it. We cover return shipping when the issue results from our error, damage or a defect. The unused, original-condition and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We will arrange the appropriate remedy with you.
Who pays return shipping?
For a change of mind, you pay return shipping to our address in France. We pay return shipping for our errors and for damaged, defective or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once the refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact [email protected] if you need assistance with a refund.
