Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Review the selected product, colour, dimensions, material and quantity before submitting a purchase. Product imagery is intended to represent the listed design; screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Shipping is free within our stated delivery area and the checkout tax charge is $0.00.
Payment authorisation
When submitting payment through an available payment service, you authorise the payment amount shown at checkout. Any completed charge must be supported by a valid payment result. Review the feedback shown after submission and contact us with questions.
Order acceptance
Submitting a purchase request does not by itself confirm that an order has been accepted. Where an order is accepted, the confirmation provided by Kinlektiva identifies the accepted purchase. Contact us if you need clarification about a purchase request or payment.
Fulfilment and delivery
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. The daily order cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago reference), year-round without daylight-saving adjustment. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day count that day as handling day one. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends or on US federal holidays begin handling on the next business day. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the rug must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before sending your return. We cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects; change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee applies. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting services. The Kinlektiva identity, original designs and website content may not be used in a way that infringes applicable rights.
